**Wildhorn Sàrl Photo Contest Copyright Terms**
Thank you for participating in the Wildhorn Sàrl Photo Contest. Before you submit your entry, please carefully read and understand the following copyright terms:
1. **Ownership of the Photos/Images:** All rights to the submitted photos/images shall remain with the respective authors (hereinafter referred to as the "Author").
2. **License to Wildhorn Sàrl:** By entering the Wildhorn Sàrl Photo Contest, the Author grants Wildhorn Sàrl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted photos/images on Wildhorn Sàrl's official websites and social media platforms for promotional and non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the photos/images to Wildhorn Sàrl and is solely granted for the duration of the contest and for the purposes mentioned herein.
3. **Usage Restriction:** Wildhorn Sàrl agrees not to use the submitted photos/images for any commercial purposes. They will not sell or license the photos/images to third parties for commercial gain.
4. **Attribution:** When Wildhorn Sàrl uses the photos/images on its websites and social media platforms, the Author will be credited whenever possible, subject to platform limitations and context. Wildhorn Sàrl will make a good faith effort to provide appropriate attribution.
5. **Non-Exclusive License:** The Author retains the right to use their submitted photos/images for any purpose, including but not limited to personal and commercial projects. The non-exclusive license granted to Wildhorn Sàrl does not restrict the Author from using their work as they see fit.
6. **Copyright Notice:** Wildhorn Sàrl and the Author agree that all copyright notices and watermarks, if present, will be maintained and respected when the photos/images are used as per the terms outlined in this document.
7. **Responsibility for Copyright Violations:** The Author acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their submitted photos/images do not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of others. In the event of any copyright violations or legal issues arising from the submitted photos/images, the Author assumes full responsibility and shall indemnify and hold Wildhorn Sàrl harmless from any resulting claims, damages, or legal actions.
8. **Disqualification for Copyright Violations:** Wildhorn Sàrl reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates copyright laws or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
By submitting your photos/images to the Wildhorn Sàrl Photo Contest, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these copyright terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the contest.
